Course Enrolment and Payment Policy

​​Enrolment Process:

  - Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of the completed application and payment of the deposit.

 

Payment Terms:

   - Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, cash or bank transfer.

   - Full payment must be made prior to the start of the course. Payment plans are available upon request.

 

Refund Policy:

   - All deposits and fee's paid are non refundable.

​​​​​Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

​​Cancellations:

   - Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

   - Students may reschedule to a later date if notice is given at least 14 days in advance. A rescheduling fee may apply.

   - Students will have 3 months from the original date booked to reschedule their training to a new date offered. (subject to availability).

 

Academy-Initiated Cancellations:

   - In the unlikely event the academy cancels a course, students will be offered the option to reschedule without any additional fees. Students will have 3 months to accept a new training date.

 

​​​Attendance and Punctuality

​Attendance Requirements:

   - Students must attend the full course to receive certification.

   - Absences must be communicated in advance and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 

   - If students fail to attend the course without any notice, full payment will be lost.

 

Punctuality:

   - Classes start promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be admitted to the class and could result in an absence.

 

​​​Course Content and Structure

​​Course Curriculum:

   - The course will cover theory, practical skills, and business aspects of hair extensions.

   - A detailed manual will be provided on the first day of the course.

 

Materials Provided:

   - The academy provides all necessary training materials and tools.

   - Students will receive a take home kit included in the course fee.

 

Student Responsibilities:

   - Students are responsible for bringing any additional personal items they may need, such as lunch, snacks and drinks. Refreshments will be provided.

 

​​​​Conduct and Behaviour

​Code of Conduct:

   - Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards instructors and peers.

   - Any form of disruptive behaviour may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.

 

Dress Code:

   - Casual/Comfy clothing is accepted. Closed-toe shoes must be worn during practical sessions.

 

​​​​Health and Safety

​Hygiene Standards:

   - Students must adhere to strict hygiene standards, including regular hand washing and sanitising tools.

 

Safety Procedures:

   - Safety guidelines will be provided and must be followed at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.

 

​​​Certification and Assessment

​​Assessment Criteria:

   - Students will be evaluated based on practical demonstrations, written exams, and participation.

 

Certification Requirements:

   - Certification will be awarded upon successful completion of all course requirements and assessments.

 - We collect personal information such as name, contact details, and payment information for enrolment purposes.

Data Usage:

   - Personal data is used solely for course administration and communication with students.

 

Data Protection:

   - We implement appropriate measures to safeguard students and personal information against unauthorised access.

   - All course materials are the intellectual property of the academy and are protected by copyright laws.

   - Students may use the materials for personal use only. Redistribution or reproduction of the materials without permission is prohibited.

   - Students may submit complaints in writing via email. Complaints will be addressed within 30 business days.

   - The academy reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.

   - Students will be notified of any changes to the policy via email and the updated policy will be posted on the academy’s website.
